End of Option Period

      Now we have successfully navigated the option period and have agreed to terms of sale for your new home! We still have some time before officially closing, but the rush is over! The Mortgage company will start finishing up getting all the required paperwork in order and the title company may be contacting you with some information they need as well! Things will begin to slow down until closing day, but don't worry, the machine is working to ensure your home buying journey goes smoothly!
